ALLI HARDING BECOMES THE KEY COLLECTIVE’S FIRST FULL-TIME EMPLOYEE
 
Exeter, NH – The KEY Collective is ringing in the New Year with its first full-time employee. Alli Harding has joined The KEY Collective team as the Seacoast Community Manager, working alongside Founder & Executive Director, Kristyn LaFleur and Marketing & PR Specialist, Kim Irwin. Alli’s addition to the organization marks an exciting milestone as she becomes The Key Collective’s first full-time employee since its founding in 2017.
 
Harding has a background in elementary education and has always felt passionate about helping kids in and out of the classroom. “I love being able to help kids from my own community access a wide variety of sports and activities,” says Harding. “I truly believe in the lifelong benefits these extracurriculars provide and I could not be more excited to work for an organization whose mission I feel so connected to,” she adds.

The KEY Collective’s #areuin? card program has experienced exponential growth since its start in 2017, with no sign of slowing down. Each year the program welcomes new families and partner organizations who provide scholarships and discounts to #areuin? card holders. With this new full-time position, The KEY Collective will continue its mission to empower youth by providing every child, regardless of financial status, access to the same opportunities as their peers.
 
The KEY Collective is a non-profit organization providing K-12 youth from low-income families throughout NH’s seacoast access to sports and other activities for free or at a reduced cost with no red tape and no social stigma attached.
