*DO WE NEED PASSPORTS?
- Passports are always recommended for those rare emergency situations, however, you can cruise with a state-issued ID and an official birth certificate (must be issued by a government agency and have a raised seal, no copies accepted)

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Upon booking, $300 per cabin is non-refundable (will remain as a credit on your account)
- 107-120 days prior to sailing, 25% per guest is non-refundable
- 92-106 days prior to sailing, 50% per guest is non-refundable
- 62-91 days prior to sailing, 75% per guest is non-refundable
- 0-61 days prior to sailing,100% per guest is non-refundable
- No cancellation charges will be assessed by Kidd Travel for this cruise!
- Cancellation requests must be received by 2:00pm to be processed on that day. Cancellation requests received after that time may be processed on the following day.
DO WE NEED INSURANCE?
Kidd Travel strongly recommends travel protection insurance, especially in light of world events over the last few years. Once we reach international waters, most health insurance companies consider you "out of network" and coverage is either reduced or not available. Please check with your insurance carrier. Coverage provides additional medical coverage, trip cancellation for covered reasons, lost luggage, and more. Please note that this is not a "cancel for any reason" policy. ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Passengers will be required to show a government-issued form of identification (passport, or birth certificate and driver's license) at the pier to validate residency and age prior to boarding the cruise ship. It is the customer's responsibility to meet any and all Covid protocols at the time of sailing. Fuel surcharges and government tax increases are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the passenger. These surcharges may be added to your reservation at any time. Minors under 18 must travel with the consent of both parents. For travel with one parent, one of the following is required: a notarized letter of consent from the absent parent, a copy of the sole custody document, or the death certificate of the deceased parent. For travel without legal parents, a notarized letter of consent signed by both parents and proper proof of minors citizenship are required. At this time, all Covid protocols must be adhered to which can include pre-embarkation and current vaccination status. Customers who are denied entry due to improper documentation will not be refunded.
