Eblast Request

Promote your event or special offering with a membership-wide email
Submit your 8.5x11" JPG or PNG + URL to be included
Minimum ten (10) days lead time for e-blast calendar availability
1 proof included; additional proofs will be charged $25 each
You must be a member in good standing to use our eblast benefit.
Format: M/d/yyyy
Please send us your request at least 10 days prior to your desired date. We will do our best to schedule your eblast as close to that as possible.

Please submit your 8.5 x 11" image as a JPG or PNG file (.pdf files will not be accepted). The image submitted should be the FINAL VERSION of the graphic for the eblast.
I understand that 1) a member of the Chamber staff will send a proof for me to approve via email within 48 hours of submission; 2) this eblast will not be published until my approval is received; 3) requesting additional edits or proofs will incur a $25 fee; 4) design services, which include two proofs, are available for an additional charge. *
Unless this e-blast is included as part of my membership, I acknowledge that the EACC will invoice me based on the following options: $150 for the e-blast alone ($75 for nonprofit organizations). $200 for the e-blast bundled with a digital flyer in the newsletter ($125 for nonprofit organizations). If the e-blast is included in my membership, I agree to an additional charge of $50 for bundling it with a digital flyer. I understand that failure to pay promptly may result in a delay in the scheduled send date. *
