American Independence Museum of Exeter expands mission with new exhibits ahead of 250th
Exhibits on abolition, suffrage, the world wars, civil rights and more will soon adorn the walls of the American Independence Museum, in an “evolution” that will see the local institution expand upon its founding mission.
To be featured on the museum’s second floor, the additional displays will be ready for public view by next summer.
