SEACOAST NH -  Seacoast Dermatology is pleased to announce that Arthur Marka, MD is joining the local medical dermatology practice. He is currently accepting new patients.

Marka is focused on providing comprehensive dermatologic care to patients. A strong medical foundation in internal medicine and specialization in dermatology, he’s intent on providing accurate diagnosis and effective treatment strategies for all skin cancers. He’s also proficient at diagnosing and developing management strategies for a wide range of skin conditions including rashes, acne, hair loss plus chronic eczema and psoriasis.

A native New Englander, Marka earned his Bachelor of Science in Biopsychology from Tufts University, Medford. MA, advanced his education at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth in Hanover, NH and completed his dermatology residency at Dartmouth Health in Lebanon, NH. Marka also served as Chief Medical Scribe at Elite Medical Scribes LLC in Worcester, MA.

In addition, Marka has presented his skin cancer research to the American Academy of Dermatology’s Annual Meeting in Washington, DC,  peer-reviewed numerous research articles for the media and submitted abstracts to both the International Society of Dermatology, Lisbon, Portugal and the American Association of Dermatology, Washington, DC.

Dr Marka states “For me, the most rewarding part of practicing dermatologic care is empowering patients with knowledge and supporting decisions made about their personal health challenges. I look forward to developing long term relationships with each of my  patients and will continue to guide them in their healthcare decisions throughout their lives.”
