Samantha Theobald serves as the Director of Membership for the Exeter Area Chamber of Commerce. In her role, Samantha is committed to strengthening member relations, driving engagement, and enhancing value for Chamber members through innovative programs and personalized support. With a passion for community and business development, she brings expertise in fostering relationships that empower local businesses to thrive. Samantha's background in customer service and membership management allows her to connect with diverse business leaders and support their unique needs within the Chamber network.

Prior to joining the Chamber team in 2024, Sam's held various leadership roles in customer service and event management.  Sam has always been an active and engaged member of the Chamber- joining as a member with Damsel in Defense, and serving as an Ambassador 2016-2020.  

Jennifer has lived and worked in the New Hampshire Seacoast for over 20 years. Before joining the Chamber in 2018, Jennifer served as the Executive Director of Leadership Seacoast, a nonprofit organization whose mission is to develop a base of effective, knowledgeable, and engaged community members through the exploration of community issues.

Jennifer worked with New Futures as Deputy Director and Vice President of Administration and Programs and held roles with the American Cancer Society in New Hampshire.  Jennifer received a BA in Psychology from Ithaca College and a Masters in Public Health in Behavioral Sciences and Health Education from the Rollins School of Public Health at Emory University in Atlanta, GA. Jennifer is a graduate of Leadership New Hampshire, was named one of NH’s 40 Under 40 by the Union Leader, and has served on several state and local Boards of Directors.
