Choate & Bachman of Colliers Facilitates Sale of Industrial Property in Dover, NH
Colliers, a global leader in commercial real estate services, is pleased to announce the successful sale of 180 Crosby Road in Dover, New Hampshire. The 26,818± SF industrial facility—suitable for manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution—was acquired by Crosby 180, LLC, for $2,000,000, as recorded by the Strafford County Registry of Deeds. The transaction was facilitated by listing agents David Choate and Abby Bachman of Colliers who represented the seller. Christian Stallkamp and Katherine Gemmecke of The Boulos Company represented the buyer.
This sale concludes an extensive marketing process that spanned nearly three years. Through persistence and market insight, Choate and Bachman successfully secured an owner-user buyer who recognized the long-term value of the property. Daniel Cook of Coda Products, Inc. intends to extensively renovate the property for his company which has outgrown its current facility in Epping, NH.
“The perseverance and professionalism of David and Abby helped us find the right buyer for our specialized building. The Colliers Team brought numerous potential buyers to the table and assisted us in negotiating lease terms for several years with the existing tenant," said John Catizone, Manager of 180 Crosby Road, LLC.
This transaction underscores the continued demand for strategically located owner-occupied industrial properties—even amid a complex and evolving economic landscape.
