Donna Buxton owner of Buxton Water.  Located in Exeter, serving NH with clean fresh water for swimming pools, aquatic research, ice rinks, drinking water for hospitals, condominium associations as well as drought resource assistance. Donna owned Buxton Oil and water for 40 years. Seeing the need for clean water, Donna built a Water plant and public water supply. Process and store over 250,000 gallons of clean fresh water. Donna is a firm believer in giving back to the community. Over 125,000 gallons of home heating oil for local families in need to keep warm during the winter months. Water donated to homes and farms to allow families to stay in their own homes.
Member of Exeter Rotary Club, Scholarship committee, Member 4-H for 55 years, Recipient of "Champions for Children' Award, Business of the Year numerous times and Business of the Decade in 2010. Donating to local food banks, Runs 5-K Charities, Road side clean up for Earth day for 30 years. 

A passionate and innovative library leader who supports thriving communities through collaborative practices. Currently serving as the Director of the Kingston Community Library.

Samantha Theobald serves as the Director of Membership for the Exeter Area Chamber of Commerce. In her role, Samantha is committed to strengthening member relations, driving engagement, and enhancing value for Chamber members through innovative programs and personalized support. With a passion for community and business development, she brings expertise in fostering relationships that empower local businesses to thrive. Samantha's background in customer service and membership management allows her to connect with diverse business leaders and support their unique needs within the Chamber network.

Prior to joining the Chamber team in 2024, Sam's held various leadership roles in customer service and event management.  Sam has always been an active and engaged member of the Chamber- joining as a member with Damsel in Defense, and serving as an Ambassador 2016-2020.
