This half-day morning workshop with Manny Muros will combine physical all-levels yoga practice with seated meditation and spiritual teachings as we open our bodies and calm our minds. Guests may arrive at 9AM for an opportunity to walk the grounds of Alnoba breathing in the nature that surrounds beautiful art pieces. The workshop will begin at 9:30AM. The workshop will take place in Alnoba's stunning Great Room, featuring panoramic views and a unique collection of artwork. Weather permitting, we will have a cozy fire burning in the large New England granite fireplace. We request that participants bring their own mat.
