Artist Talk with Jasmine Solano, founder of the Unity in Color project
Unity in Color is a global photography series and platform in support for women’s equality founded by Jasmine Solano. The photographs feature groups of women from around the world, wearing shades of gold and yellow, who gathered to represent intersectional solidarity, acknowledging their history while moving towards a collective future. In January 2020, the Unity in Color project was brought to our Exeter campus. The stunning photographs of Exeter students and employees represent the inclusive feminism that is found in our community. Jasmine Solano is an artist, curator, DJ, and activist.
