This Pacific redwood-built haven offers an airy, tree-floating sensation. Your instructor, Karyl Misserville, a registered yoga teacher with 400+ hours of training in Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, and Philosophy, specializes in Ashtanga-based Vinyasa and Chair Yoga.

During this 3-hour journey of mindful walks and sharing circles,  you will discover the health benefits of Forest Therapy (Shin Rin Yoku). Through the facilitation of approaching nature in a humble, childlike, curious and appreciative way you will learn how nature can impact us emotionally, spiritually and physically.

Join us is welcoming one of our 2024 Alnoba Leadership Award Recipients and friend.  Ruchira Gupta is an Emmy winning journalist, activist and founder of the anti sex trafficking NGO Apne Aap, that empower women and girls to exit systems of prostitution, around the world.   After stumbling upon rows of villages with missing girls in Nepal she went on to tell their story in a documentary, which won the Emmy.  She decided to use that award, make a difference and create a human chain.  After years of perseverance and almost giving up, she overcame devastating obstacles to continue to fight for a world free of sexual violence-girl by girl and law by law.
