Step 1 - Fill out your 168 Game (high level only) every Sunday for the next week.

Step 2 - Take the high level items and fill out your Google Calendar (or the calendar of your choice) with more detail.

Step 3 - Follow the calendar

Do this for one week and see how your productivity increases!
