Exeter Fine Crafts - SMALL ART: BIG IMPACT The 6”x 6” Challenge

The 6”x 6” Challenge

It’s that time of year again! During the month of March, Exeter Fine Crafts is hosting the
annual Small Art Exhibit and Fundraiser. Featuring work from our talented craftspeople,
this exhibition’s small footprint has a big impact on our educational programming!
Once again, we asked our membership to come up with their own unique works of art on
6”x 6" wooden panels. Rising to the challenge, our talented artisans have created a
variety of work in a wide range of media. Transforming plain wooden panels into
imaginative works of art, this show illustrates the many different ways creative minds can
use to work within the same basic framework.
All proceeds from the sale of these pieces will benefit EFC's education programs. In
addition, all the panels will be sold at $50 each to give the community a chance to
purchase an original work of art at an affordable price.
The work will be on display from March 24th through April 4th. Sales will begin at the
Artist's reception on Friday, March 24th between 6-8 p.m. It will be first come, first
served so get here early! Purchased panels available for pickup on Tuesday, April 4 th .
Please join us on Friday, March 24 between 6-8 p.m. to enjoy wine and hors d'oeuvres,
view this exhibit, and meet some of our wonderful artists. Admission is free and all are
welcome! Exeter Fine Crafts is located at 61 Water Street in downtown Exeter. Stop by
Monday through Saturday 10-5:30, or Sunday 12-4. Call 603-778-8282 for more
