To design and sell remodeling projects to clients that represent a value to customers, meet their needs, and generate a profit for the company. Priority should always be given to providing the best possible customer service, following the KRB structures and meeting set sales targets.

  • Sales/design staff will utilize Chief Architect software to develop renderings for clients 

  • Highly skilled at developing a respectful rapport with clients quickly 

  • Able to learn/ follow the KRB sales/ design process currently utilized 

  • Comfortable qualifying potential customers 

  • Attention to detail, design and customization is necessary 

  • Solid understanding of construction, ordering, measuring, and mathematics is essential 

  • Accurate skills using measuring tape/ laser  

  • Possess an understanding of systems management structures and strategies 

  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with an understanding individual needs 

  • Keep current with styles/ trends and new materials in the kitchen/ bath/ appliance forum 

  • Team with upper management to provide input with refinement of processes and protocols based on company goals 

  • Take part in regular team meetings and share with colleagues to improve overall sales success 

  • Maintain clear records of sales projects, photos, and details according to company requirements 

  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor consistently 

  • Possess a strong sense of ethics which aligns with KRB company values 



  • Successful previous experience as a salesperson/ designer, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets 

  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences 

  • Ability to provide clear renderings, communicate company processes, outline positive values of a design and present credibly and effectively to clients 

  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close 

  • Solid understanding of business and industry expertise  

  • Degree/ training in sales/ design or a related field 







Sales Manager  



  • Must be driven & passionate about the KRB level of ethics, processes, and branding 

  • Highly skilled with technology  

  • Proficient or willing to learn Chief Architect design program 

  • 5+ years relevant professional experience 

  • Confident sales and design skills  

  • Able to complete all portions of project management  

  • Up to 20% travel 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 

  • Must possess a driver’s license & have own transportation
