Restrictions may include product restrictions such as "food only," location limits such as "Epping Location Only", or time restrictions such as "not valid on Saturday or Sunday." If you would like other restrictions, please indicate them and we will contact you if they are not accepted. We encourage all business to limit restriction of use. Enter your name to indicate you agree with the following terms. 1. You agree to accept Exeter Area Chamber of Commerce Gift Certificates as cash. 2. You will not to apply any restrictions to redemption other than those noted in you business' listing on our website. 3. As an Exeter Area Chamber of Commerce Member in good standing you will receive 95% of the value of submitted gift certificates when presented to The Exeter Area Chamber of Commerce for redemption. 4. As a non member of The Exeter Area Chamber of Commerce you will receive 85% of the value when you submit gift certificates to The Exeter Area Chamber of Commerce for redemption. 5. To redeem gift certificates for cash, present the gift certificates in person or send by certified mail to The Exeter Area Chamber of Commerce at 120 Water Street, Exeter, NH 03833. If submitting by mail, include your company name. 6. Redemption checks will be processed within 4 weeks and mailed to the address on file. 7. You agree to provide the Exeter Area Chamber of Commerce 60 days notice to be removed from the program. 8. The Exeter Area Chamber of Commerce is not responsible for lost, stolen or fraudulent certificates and will only redeem valid original certificates. 9. You will receive sample gift certificates so that you can identify valid certificates when presented.
