18 holes of golf with cart (scramble format, 4 players per team)
Breakfast (coffee & donuts)

You may sign up as a team or as an individual.
$5,000 – Executive Sponsor: title sponsor, with banner at clubhouse. Includes foursome for tournament.
$1,500 – Cart Fleet Sponsor: name on all golf carts in fleet. Includes foursome for tournament.
$1,000 – Lunch Sponsor: recognition at lunch.
$500 – Scoreboard Sponsor: name or logo on scoreboard
$250 – Hole Sponsor: hole sign on course
$200 – Breakfast Sponsor: signage at breakfast
